Gedanken der Winzerin zum Charakter des Weines / my thoughts :

Der liebe Zweigelt, nie kompliziert, immer zugänglich und verständlich. Egal in welcher Phase man die Trauben, den Most, den Staubigen oder den fertigen Wein kostet es wird immer weich, anschmiegsam und mit einer prägnanten Kirschfrucht sein. Ein „Jedermanns – Jederfraus – Liebling“ sozusagen. This lovely Zweigelt is not complicated, is always accessible and understanding. It doesn’t matter at which stage you find the grapes – as grape juice, cloudy fermented grape juice- or the finished wine, it always tastes soft, affectionate and with a succinct cherry fruit. An ‘everyman- everywoman- favourite’ you would say.

Before moving pictures, the circus was the place of fantasy. “The circus is the only place on earth where you can dream with your eyes open,” said Ernst Hemmingway. Zirkus Zirkus in white and red should invite you to dream and take you to another world.
