Frizzi Mizzi

When the red wines are fermented, when the fermentation has started fresh, there is a time when the grapes exude an incredibly great scent of berry, children’s shower. This smell comes to “visit” very briefly in the cellar every year. I want to capture this charming phase at the Frizzi Mizzi and put it in the bottle. Hissing – Fresh – uncomplicated and beautiful, this is the Frizzi Mizzi.
