Her vineyards are cultivated according to Biological organic-certified (by Lacon) and biodynamic principles: working in harmony with the lunar calendar, preparing natural composts, and encouraging biodiversity in the soil and vineyard. These methods bring energy, vitality, and authenticity into every bottle.
